HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - President Trump has openly pressured the Fed to juice the economy with easy credit. Congress deliberately structured the Fed so it would be cushioned from this sort of thing.
They tied their own hands so they wouldn’t put their own re-election ahead of economic health. But what does the law actually say?
