Looking for a fun summer job? Wet ‘n’ Wild is hiring ahead of its busiest season
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Looking for a fun summer job that will keep you on your toes?
Wet ‘n’ Wild is looking for young people to join their team as they gear up for their busiest season.
After 25 years in Kapolei, the water park estimates it has given more than 5,000 of Hawaii’s young people their first job.
While there is no age limit for employees at the water park, a majority of the staff are high school and college students looking for summer work.
”It’s a great job and you can’t beat the hours. Most of our lifeguards don’t start until 10 a.m. and they are rarely here past 4 p.m. except for special events on occasion,” said Chris Norman, Senior Director of Operations at Wet ‘n’ Wild.
Lifeguard applicants who are 16 years and older can receive paid training and competitive pay.
They’re also looking to fill other positions, from cooks to ticket agents and more.
