NBA star Jaylen Brown’s mom’s home broken into during an away game

(CNN) - It looks like thieves recently targeted Boston Celtics player Jaylen Brown.
Police found a broken window at his mother’s suburban home, and say it looks like an attempted break-in.
Nothing inside the home was taken or disturbed.
There were people inside the home when it happened.
Investigators believe the thieves thought the home belonged to Brown.
The thieves are also thought to be part of a larger criminal ring that targets professional athletes when they are known to be away.
NFL players Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Joe Burrow have also been robbed recently.
