HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hawaii Island police have arrested and charged one of the three men who escaped from the Hale Nani Correctional Facility last week.
On Dec. 13, Hale Nani Correctional Facility personnel reported that Joseph C. Fernandez, 35, Clyde Takeshi Talosaga Loa Jr., 31, and Kawai James Pomroy, 41, left the facility without permission, and were observed on surveillance operating the vehicle that belonged to an employee.
