H-2 crash involving semi-trailer, multiple vehicles sends 3 to hospital

Three people were hospitalized following a crash involving multiple vehicles and a semi-trailer truck on the H-2 Freeway on Monday.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Three people were hospitalized following a crash involving multiple vehicles and a semi-trailer truck on the H-2 Freeway Monday.

It happened at around 11 a.m. in the northbound lanes near Mililani.

According to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services, a 32-year-old man and 68-year-old woman were taken to the hospital in serious condition. A 26-year-old woman was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The state Department of Transportation had a single-lane closure in the area for installation of permanent striping.
