First Alert Traffic: Ongoing repairs closes portion of Ala Moana Boulevard

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A portion of the right westbound lane on Ala Moana Boulevard remains closed until further notice as valve repairs continue, the Board of Water Supply said on Thursday.
The lane closure is between Hobron Lane and Atkinson Drive.
BWS said there were complications with planned valve repairs and work is taking longer than anticipated.
It was supposed to be completed by 7 a.m.

Motorists are advised to drive with caution near the work area and to expect delays.
Customers that are affected have been provided with an alternate water source, officials said.
